By using Clanc you agree to these terms. Clanc is operated by the team behind it ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

Clanc is invitation-only and intended for people who can enter into a binding agreement (typically 18 or older). Use a real email you control and provide accurate information.

The program

Clanc is the entry point to a certification program. Passing the filter is not selection. It means you cleared the technical bar and will be considered. Spots are limited; we review everyone who passes and reach out to the people we'd most like to talk with next. We make no promise of selection, certification, employment, or any other outcome. The certification itself is administered by Anthropic under its own terms and fees; we don't issue it. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Sitting the exam is not guaranteed either: it requires completing the required preparation, and the exam is opened by Anthropic at its discretion, which is outside our control.

Your account

Don't share your sign-in link. Don't attempt to game the assessment, submit work that isn't yours, automate or scrape the service, or interfere with it. We may suspend or remove access for abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us permission to store and review it for the purpose of running the program. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Acceptance

You accept these terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, when you submit your intake. We record which versions you accepted. If we make material changes, we may ask you to accept again before you continue.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.

No warranty / liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the laws of the place you live that can't be waived by agreement.
